46 minutes / Essay / No dialogue / 2025
Synopsis
In the Cevennes mountains, on the wild banks of a river, Philip has been single-handedly restoring for the past thirty years a 17th-century water mill and the adjoining irrigation system. Every spring, his work is destroyed by rainstorms. This year, Tristan has come to help. Following the water’s path, they work together, pausing, resting, sharing moments of calm.
